Ofev 150mg (Nintedanib) Capsule In Pakistan

How To Use
Take Ofev exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual adult dose is 150mg twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, and it should be taken with food. Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not chew, crush, or open it.
If you miss a dose, take the next dose at its scheduled time. Do not take an extra dose to make up for the missed dose. The recommended maximum daily dose is 300mg.
Your doctor may reduce the dose to 100mg twice daily, temporarily interrupt treatment, or discontinue treatment if significant side effects occur. Liver function should be assessed before treatment and monitored during therapy.
Why Choose Ofev 150mg?
Ofev is an established antifibrotic treatment containing nintedanib for adults with specific progressive fibrosing lung diseases. Its targeted mechanism acts on tyrosine-kinase pathways involved in fibrosis, making it an important treatment option for appropriately diagnosed patients.
The 150mg twice-daily regimen is the standard recommended adult dose for patients who tolerate this strength, while dose modification can be considered when medically necessary.
